PF Claim not submitted

Hello Sir, This is with reference to PF Final settlement applied on 10th April 2018 through online portal. My UAN number is 100166069688. But when I check in the Track claim status it shows as "Online Claim submitted at portal". The tracking ID is 10016606968801001. The Official from PF department (KR Puram, Bangalore) have confirmed that there is no data of PF applied and asked me to apply re-apply once again. But when I am trying to re-apply in the PF portal, it pops up an error as " Your previous claim is pending already". The same issue has been raised through Grievance mail also too vide Registration Number SROWF/E/2018/10617, the response from Grievance Department also states that there is no claim form received. Dear Hassan, During the month of April there were some tech issues reported with EPFO claim processing facility.  Suggest you to take help of your employer in this regard.
