Hello,
I have been working with my current organization for more than 3 years now. I have a medical emergency and I wanted to withdraw partial PF. How is my eligibility decided?
Employee share in my PF is 130,330, the Employer Share is 118,431 and my basic salary is 28,630.
Please help!

Hi,
For the purpose of ‘medical treatment’, the least of 6 months basic wages (or) employee share with interest is allowed as partial withdrawal.”
