Part oc for redevelopment project

Our building given to builder for redevelopment and supposed to get ready by 2017 but unfortunately only completed 4.5floor which including shops ,podium . during last meeting he requested to allow him for part oc so he can sell the shops and with that money he can finish our 13th floor project. according him he says he got c.c for further 2 floor means 7tj floor and soon he will apply for balance floor. is it safe to allow builder to get part oc and allow him to sell shops? project for 13th floor supposed to get ready in 2016 but just finished 4.5floor. it's hard to trust and believe than now 2018 July he will finish full project.

Hi, I sense some trouble here... A Part OC can be converted into full OC at a later point of time...but subject to certain terms & conditions.. You may request for full OC, kindly take advice from a civil lawyer (you may consult as a group, with other flat owners).
