In my previous question I asked regarding uti mnc and uti mid cap. You replied that I may continue these two sips. SIR, NOW I want to know that if I have to choose between uti mnc and uti mid cap , what should be better for myself? Sir I am asking this question because I want to retain only one fund in uti beause other amc's returns are better than uti. Pls give me your valuable inputs.

The two funds belong to two different Fund categories. If possible, kindly share your entire MF portfolio details or is that you hold only these two MF schemes in your portfolio?
May I know your investment time-frame?
Given a choice, my suggestion would be to replace UTI MNC fund with another Multi-cap fund like ICICI Pru value discovery or Franklin Prima plus.

UTI MIS ADVANTAGE PLAN - LUMP SUM RS. 400000 , RETURN 8.75% PER MONTH, TIME FRAME- 7-10 YEARS
UTI FLOATING FUND - LUMP SUM RS. 130000 , time frame - 1 year
UTI MNC FUND SIP - RS. 2500 PM ,time frame 30 years
UTI MID CAP SIP- RS. 1000 PM, time frame 35 years
HDFC MID CAP OPPORTUNITIES -RS. 1000 PM, time frame 35 years
Sir, pls restructure my portfolio according to you if I did any wrong decision or any better way to get better return. I need your valuable opinion.
Hi,
As suggested you may consider adding ICICI Value discovery fund to your portfolio instead of UTI MNC.
UTI - MIS is a hybrid-debt oriented fund. If your time-frame is around 7 years, you may consider an Equity oriented balanced fund instead of this one. Ex - TATA Balanced fund. (If you do not need regular monthly income).
