Hi Guys
i do have total 10 years of service , till now i have 3 PF accounts all are transferred to single account when i switched companies , i had left my last job 2 month back and joined a new firm , now i am thinking of buying a new property with the help of my PF money. so i had contacted my previous employer and got all the forms.
BUT , i saw one declaration where , person should be jobless for withdraw his complete amount [ saw in form 19] , having this declaration many of my friends had made that false self declaration and continued with PF withdrawal and got all the money.
I had made lot of plans with this money , i am desperate to have the entire amount for my property purchase , so is it ok to make this false declaration and go ahead with PF final settlement..?
Having said that , during this research i found , we can withdraw the money for the purpose of house purchase even if we are on job , for this i have few doubts
1: Can i take 100% amount for the purchase..? suppose i have total 10L in PF and 50K in pension fund , can i get 10.5L ..?
2: i am planning this PF money for down payment , so is there any proof i have to give to EPF office for availing this offer..?

Hi,
If you are employed and contributing to EPF scheme, you can not withdraw complete balance. One can only TRANSFER the funds from old EPF a/c to new EPF a/c.
Yes, you can apply for Advance/Loan.
If you are applying through a registered society or Agency then you can withdraw up to 90% of EPF balance (excluding EPS amount).
If applying directly then you can withdraw based on certain conditions. There is no need to submit any documentary proofs to EPFO.

What will happen if i give claim that i am unemployed and go ahead with full settlement..?
Hi,
If your personal details in old EPF account and new EPF account are same, EPFO may reject your total withdrawal claim, citing the reason that you have an active new EPF account.
Have you linked the new EPF a/c with the same UAN?
My new pf is with different pf office.
No i didnt linked new pf with my uan. In fact my new org created new uan for me.
Hi,
An employee should have only one active UAN.
