Dear Sir, Pls advise if my investments are in correct funds. Would like get better returns in 5-7yrs and low risk. My investments are as below : Mirae asset emerging bluechip fund regular growth - 5k per month Axis mid cap direct growth - 5k per month Axis long term equity direct - 5k per month Regards Ravi Bhatnagar Delhi

Dear Ravi, If your investment horizon is around 5 years and have low risk appetite then advisable to avoid mid-cap oriented funds. Is Axis LTE for your tax saving purpose?

Yes Sreekanth, i have opted Axis LTE as an elss fund. I think its performing good and having low risk appetite with gud return.

Wanted to seek ur views on another 2 funds..do you think they are good for 7-10yrs

Hi, If your investment horizon is 10+ years and ready to take risk then mid-cap fund (Axis) is fine. Regarding Large+Mid-cap fund (Mirae), you may consider opting an index fund (large cap) like UTI Nifty Index Fund instead.
