I would like to apply epf full settlement.My query is on my adhaar and pan my name is like SINGAMSETTY RAVITEJA. But on my check book it says RAVITEJA SINGAMSETTY. Is there any problem with this.Another thing is i used to work in maharastra now i am in andhrapradesh. After the employer signature can i submit my application in andhrapradesh

In your case, name format should not be of any issue!
You have three options for claiming EPF amount.
1 - You can submit claim form through your employer.
2 - You can submit claim form (offline) to EPF office where you account is being maintained directly by post.
3 - You can submit an online claim .
