My UAN has 2 bank accounts approved by employer and the ifsc code and account numbers are correct but still when clicked for claim it shows ''Please update your latest Bank account no. and valid IFSC details through your employer/Unified Portal''. what should i do now.plz suggest.tq.

Hi,
I believe that deleting an account is not possible. However, an EPFO can change their existing bank details to reflect a change in their bank details linked to their EPFO account.
Instead of adding multiple bank accounts, you can update the existing one.
To update bank details, an EPFO subscriber must follow the steps listed below:
- Sign in to the EPFO member portal
- Click on the ‘Manage’ tab and select the KYC option.
- Click on the checkbox labelled bank details
- Update bank account details and the name under which the account exists.
- Click on submit and wait for KYC verification
