Hi Advise me few good mutual funds (Balanced or any) worth of around 2 lakhs. I am expecting performance of at least 15 to 20 percent

Hi, May I know your investment objective and time-frame??

Actually I have a home loan and planned to pay some part paymrmts 1 to 2 lakhs whenever i have money. But my home loan interest rate is 8.75. Instead of part payment of home loan i want to invest that money in mf. My time frame is one to two years. Please advise

Hi, Kindly note that returns from mutual funds are not guaranteed and it is very unrealistic to expect returns of more than 10+ for a time-frame of 1-2 years. You may consider options like FD/RD/Short term debt funds.
