Hi Sreekanth Reddy, Hope you are doing well. Below is my query, I have been investing in Mutual fund SIP of Equity oriented scheme. Total amount is 35k per month. Which is started on August,2017. I am planning to purchase home NEXT year 2019,in Pune which is near around 60-70 Laks for that I will required Home Loan, So my planning is to use this SIP fund for Down payment for Home. So if I am redeeming the unit within one year I will have to pay 1% exit Load and 15% STCG Tax, right ? So How should I go further please help me...
