HI, I am just trying to invest into MF. I am 35 and want to plan my retirement fund , children education and marriage fund as priority. Child age is only 6 months. I have currently only 10000 / month to invest. Which I may increase gradually 5-10% per year. I have been suggested below funds to start for these. I need your view on these funds? Or do you feel any other funds can be  a better option. Kotak select focus G fund SBI small and mid cap G please let me know if any other details required? PS I was having reliance retirement wealth creation G fund. Which I am suggested to get onto kotak and close reliance as it is very new fund as of now. Please advice Nikhil B

Hi Nikhil, Both the funds are decent ones. But two funds for all goals? (may be because are long-term goals..am I right??) Kotak fund is a multi-cap fund & SBI fund is primarily a Small-cap oriented fund. Kindly go through below articles;
