Dear Sreekanth, Can you give thumb rule for Mutual fund allocation according to age (Debt/Equity) Can you give thumb rule for sub allocation of Equity fund (Large/Mid/Small) When we can start investing in sector funds, and which sectors are good to invest in recent times. Thanks a lot in advance...

Hi, Allocation : May be it is prudent to invest as per your financial goal, time-frame and expected return to achieve the goal amount, rather than designing the allocation based on age of an investor. The same applies to allocation of amount to different fund categories.
