Sir, Is it worth to to purchase MIG site in tumkur by karnataka housing board at the rate of 900/square feet while the rate from private developer is around 1000/sf.

Hi, I do not have the required information regarding Tumkur real estate prices. Based on my interactions with other blog readers who invested in plots/houses offered by KHB (in Bangalore), the option seems to be good.

Thank u sir for info. We r trying to apply for MIG site(30x50 size) but its through lottery they allot the site in case if we don't get in lottery they wil return the amount. Do u have any info regarding how many days they take to return.One more thing is they wil not provide any site plan copy before the lottery only after the lottery they wil give layout plan copy.Sir do u think its worth purchasing ?
how many days it wil take to take loan from nationalized bank if we get site in lottery.
