SIR my own brother purchased a flat in 2008 @10lakhs and in 2010 he has gifted me by registered gift deed registered @11.50 lakhs. if i sell the flat now in 2020 @ 35lakhs whether i have to pay ltcg as i do not want invest in any plot or flat.whether indexation apply.whether purchase price is calculated on 10 lakhs or 11.50 lakhs
