Hi Sreekanth, Am currently rented a house and getting Rs 8500 as rent. Am paying EMI of Rs 31,300/-. My current tenant proposing a lease for Rs 3L with minimum 1 year. Am having SIP on the rented income for Rs 8000/-.Need your advice on going for lease. Thanks Thothathiri S

Hi, If you invest say this Rs 3 Lakh in an investment option, it is possible to get around Rs 1 Lakh (Rs 8500 * 12) in one year?? Very unlikely .. My suggestion would be to continue receiving monthly rent.
