Dear Sreekant Ji,
Kindly let me know which ITR is applicable to me. I have following incomes in previous year :
1 Working as consultant with a company on fixed monthly remuneration subject to 10% TDS for part of the year.
2 Working as salaried employee for part of the year with another company.
Also kindly let me know which code to use in "NATURE OF BUSINESS".

Dear Rakesh,
I believe that you may have to file ITR-3 Form.
Regarding business code, I am not very sure. You may kindly consult a CA.
