Dear Sir, What is the procedure for Name change in income tax india efiling Portal. I want to update My wife's After Marriage name on income tax india efiling Portal. We have applied Name change for My wife's ON PAN card through NSDL. Will it also reflect on income tax india efiling Portal or We need to raise separate request for name change on income tax india efiling Portal.

Hi, It should automatically reflect once you get it changed in PAN database. You may also submit your query to the IT dept through e-Nivaran portal. It is very useful! Kindly read : https://www.relakhs.com/enivaran-income-tax-grievances/
