I want to invest Rs 2 lac such that it can get doubled in 1 year. Are there any options of investing and gaining such returns in short time.
I have some commitments for which i need to get additional money within next 5 years. Hence looking for options for investments which will give good returns in short span of time.
Also wanted to know which is the best home loan option to go ahead with.

Kindly note that 1 year is a very short-time to invest in high-risk products like equity oriented ones.
For a 5 year horizon, you may consider investing in equity oriented balanced fund.

If you have commitments, may I know why would you like to go for a Home Loan??
hi my commitment is this home loan itself. As I do not want to invest whatever minimal cash in hand, hence I need to seek Home Loan. But parallely I want to invest the available cash such that it helps me pay off a lumpsum after 2 years at least to my loan account.
Please advise.
