Dear Sreekanth, You are doing a great job. I first discovered this site during finding some good term plan on google.  Now I am really enjoying reading all articles written by you. My query is - For a new comer in MF investments, one should go for already performing funds as suggested by you in http://www.relakhs.com/top-15-best-mutual-funds-schemes-2016-sip-lumpsum/  or wait for new fund or which are newer one. My doubt is that fund which are already shown significant growth, will not yield further growth. Please clarify . thanks & good wishes .

Dear Pranav, Thank you for following my blogs. By 'New ones' : Do you mean New Fund Offers? Your doubt : 'fund which are already shown significant growth, will not yield further growth" , is just a mis-conception. But kindly note that past performance may or may not be repeated. However, a better option is to invest in old funds with proven track record and have consistently performed well. It is prudent to avoid NFOs.
