When I invest directly with AMC in direct mutual funds ,I have portfolio no./User ID & its password. So I do not have any problem.
Now there are some online platforms( Like Kuvera ,Invezta) available through which I can invest online in direct Mutual fund.
My Query is that when I invest through any service provider I only know the folio no. but I do not have userID or password. So if such service provider stops his services how can I access/Redemption /further top up to my investments?

Hi,
These platforms are for just execution of transactions (front-end).
Even if they are out of business, you can buy/sell/hold on to your investments. You can do such transactions through respective fund house websites with available Folio numbers.
(or) Can do so through R&T agents like CAMS / Karvy etc.,
You can request MF statements through R&T agents also.
You can also consider MF Utility platform (this is MF industry sponsored one).
