I purchased a flat in dec 2012 in 10 year old apartment in ghaziabad , I took home loan from SBT of 15 lacs for this resale property, I do not have possession certificate/ completion certificate. My company is asking me for this PC/CC for giving me interest rebate on home loan , I have only registration paper for the flat,,what i do

Hi,
If you are in contact with previous owner, you may kindly check with him if he has received CC/PC from the builder.
You may also check with other Flat owners if they have these docs.
If OC/CC has not been issued then you may have to visit your Corporation / Municipality Civic body office and apply for OC.
You may inform to your employer that this is a old flat and not a new one, they may accept your request.
