I received an income tax notice for AY 2016-17. I had filed ITR 1 before the due date and it was processed However I do intraday trading also and incurred losses which I did not declare..on receipt of the scrutiny notice I filed ITR 2 by declaring the losses with the help of CA. Is it correct?

Hi, Wondering how come did you receive the notice on a PROCESSED ITR?? Are you referring to FY 2015-16 or FY 2016-17? As you have taken the help of a CA, let's believe that he/she might have taken care of the issue (if any).
