Hi Sreekanth, We have a 37 years old house. Want to reconstruct and I want to take loan on my name. Don't want to transfer property completely on mine or Husband's name. What are the options? Thank you, Uma

Hi Uam ji, Your Father-in-law and you can jointly apply for home loan.  Some bankers may insist on your husband also to be a co-applicant to home loan. You can pay the home loan EMIs, along with your spouse (if so).
