Hello Sreekanth
I am 32 years old and my goal is to create wealth at least Rs 1 CR INR in next 15 years through investing in MFs . Presently I can invest 12000 INR monthly. Very first guide me about asset allocation and balancing strategy. What proportion of Equity, Debt, Gold and real estate I should have in portfolio and which strategy I should follow for balancing whether strategically asset allocation or tactically asset allocation or dynamically asset allocation.
Also guide about Equity diversification and in which funds and which proportion I do invest.
Thanks a lot.

Dear Virendra,
To accumulate Rs 1 Cr in 15 years from now, you may have to save on an avg Rs 3.14 Lakh per annum, assuming the return at 10%.
If the return is assumed at 12% then expected savings are around Rs 2.7 Lakh per annum.
