Hello srikanth I was a NRI doctor till now and i have come back to India once for all. I am 36 years old i'm married and have 2 children i have a corpus of 38 lakhs with me including emergency fund which i want to invest . I have 20 lakhs as fixed deposit for 1 year also. I have whole life insurance for 500000 dollars and health insurance for 3 lakh rupees for my family. I have no liabilities or any other assets. I will not be working for 1 year for various reasons after which i again plan to work. As I will not be working for 1 year I want monthly income of 25000-30000 rupees for my expenses as well as i want to invest for the future. Kindly help me design my portfolio as to how to divide 38 lakhs for the short term and long term. I am even ready to remove my fixed deposits and divert them to mutual funds.i am even ready to pay for advising me on a regular basis. Thank you, regards.

Hi Dr Ji, 1 - Is it life cover for $ 5 Lakh? 2 - May I know how much interest amount are you getting on your Rs 20 Lakh FD? 3 - May I know your financial goals & time-frame?
