Hi Srikant!!! 1.My mother is Diabetic Patient and she takes insulin and all. My fathers spent almost 20k for that can he claim those and in which section?

Hi, The tax exemptions related to medical expenses can be;

Medical insurance premium
medical allowance received in salary
Preventive health care expenses (lab tests, diagnostic tests etc.,)
