One of my friends EPFO has been settled but the amount has been not credited. The NEFT has been settled on 17-aug-2018.

Hi,
Generally, the Claim amount gets credited within 2 to 5 business days from Claim settlement (NEFT) date.
Kindly suggest your friend to check if the bank account details provided in his/her UAN interface are correct.
In case, they are correct, kindly submit your grievance to the EPFO immediately and ask the reason for 'non-credit' of funds.
