EPFO Name Change Request

Hi, Recently I found out that middle names of both mine and my father are missing from the UAN database. I immediately contacted the concerned department in my company who provided me with a joint declaration form for correction of those details. The duly filled declaration form with signature from me and my company along with self attested aadhar and PAN Card are already submitted to the RO of Hyderabad EPFO Office at Barkatpura Chaman and I have received a acknowledgement from PF office with office seal. It has been three weeks since then, but I see no corrections. I also noticed later that the letter was addressed to the "assistant PF commissioner" instead of "regional PF commissioner". Can you kindly let me know until what time should I wait before raising a grievance. Also, does it matter if the letter is addressed to "assistant PF commissioner" or "regional Pf commissioner"??
