I worked for 9 years and 9 months for an organisation,but my online pf claim gets rejected with reason as "apply for final settlement "but my online portal only has form 31 option with non receipt of wages for more than 2 months..please help me .and also please advise the amount i can claim(example-employer+employee+pension contribution)

Are you currently employed and contributing to EPF scheme?
Mostly your ex-employer might not have updated your Date of Exit and Date of Joining in your service history. Kindly contact them. Once they update these details, you will get to see the options for EPF withdrawal (Form 19) and EPS withdrawal (Form 10c).
You can apply for EPF withdrawal through online mode.
But, EPS online withdrawal is allowed only when you have service of more than 6 months and less than 9.5 years. So, you should apply for EPS (form 10c) through your ex-employer (offline) mode.
