EPF withdraw: Online Or Employer

Hi, I've 8.2 years of service in this current company, I'll be very soon getting married by February 2017, I checked with company Finance Dept for my available limit of 50% of EPF for marriage and Its comes down to 3.40 lakhs. To avail through Employer (my company), I need to submit Wedding Card before Dec 20, 2016 so that they will handle down 'DD' before Jan 20, 2017. (that's what they told me) How about withdraw through online, how soon can i get, do i need submit Wedding Card as additional proof. Thanks
