Hello,
My EPF got rejected. I got below comments:-
“Claim Rejected ONLINE CLAIM REJECT AS NO CONT SHOWN FRM 02/15 TO DOE IN MEM LEDGER PL CLARIFY THE SAME N RESUBMIT”
My situation is I travelled in Jan 2015 to USA for the same employer and my salary got transferred to USA and not India for same employer. As there was no India salary hence my employer did not deposit any PF and PF contribution was also not there. This part I understand. Now I resigned my employer while I was in USA this year in April 2020 which is my DOE (Date of Exit). But my employment end date for that employer is recorded as April 2020 as I was still a part of India employee.
Could you please advise how would I resubmit the claim form with this clarification. Which document should I provide along with PF claim that would help the clerk understand my details.
Please advise.
Best Regards,

Hi,
Did you contact and check with your ex-employer on this?

Hi..As per recent update, an EPF member can himself update Date of Exit through UAN portal. Kindly try if you can update the details by yourself.
