My father was state govt employee and was died now. my mother receiving family pension. My mother is not employee and has no other income than family pension when my mother will fill online tax return then which employer category will fill in tax return?

Hi,
Family pension can be declared as 'income from other sources' in ITR form.
I believe that employer category is not applicable in your mother's case.
