I have been looking codes for different types of encumbrance certificate for example Sale deed is 0101 , ASGPA is 0111 etc, I was unable to find nature for 0904. So if you could post different codes and natures answering to my posted question that would be really helpful

Hi, Even, I do not have the required information! The codes can be state specific as used by the concerned Registration dept.

Thanks Srikanth for the response , in the mortgage deed(0206) of encumbrance certificate what does ME and MR stands for ? Please advise .
