Hi, It's been closed to 3 months we have cancelled the plot after paying the amount of 10lakhs and now the Developer is refusing to pay the money back, i have all the documents pertaining to the site, sale deed etc all the documents and transaction are clear . Please let me know what action can i take on him? He is a well-established Developer. Please help.

Hi, You mean to say that you are the buyer of a plot, completed registration in your name , and now you would like to cancel the registration and get back your money???
