Dear Sreekanth, As i have paid my first bill of Kotak Mahindra credit card through NEFT transaction and the card number entered is correct at third party registration. But i have received a mail saying that payment made is successful for different card.But i tried to contact the customer  care, Bank still my account shows the amount is due. In customer care the call does not go to representative as we can convey / explain the problem. Please suggest me how to solve the problem. Regards, Parveen

Hi, Do you have any proof that you have paid to the correct Credit Card number? Through which bank have you paid your Cr.Card dues? When did you pay the amount ?

I have paid in 01.02.2017 through HDFC NEFT transfer, before due date.The card number is correct. The message received that the payment was successful for different card number to my mobile.How to solve this, as bank is telling only through phone banking, where no representative is available to answer. Please suggest me what can i do now?

Hi, If you have received a msg with diff cr crd number, then probably cr card number would have been keyed in wrongly. Suggest you to first check with Kotak Cr card dept if the payment has been received or under process. Meanwhile, raise a customer care ticket (instead of ph call) with HDFC bank about the details of the transaction. Check with them if the cr card number is same, if different, ask them if it is possible to reverse the transaction.
