Commercial property To Residential Property

Hi, Again?? May I know if you have earlier converted the usage of property from Residential to Commercial ? Generally, one has to get the records updated with local civic body (municipality/corporation) about the usage of building and accordingly the property tax (other taxes) will be levied. Also, you may have to file your ITR accordingly. For example, if you use it for Self-occupation then you can declare it as SOP in ITR.
