I am looking to apply for a home loan of 30 lakhs for a span of 30 years minimum. What would be the interest rate and which bank will be the cheapest in terms of interest???

You may approach SBI ..they have recently slashed the home loan rates.
Kindly note that the eligibility to get a home loan depends on many factors - your income profile, Credit score, property profile etc.,
