I appreciate your help in advising people on various financial issues. It would be great if u address some of my issues as under:-
Brother my wife was an employee working in a nationalised bank before married to me. She has all of her identity cards like PAN card, driving licence, Aadhaar card, voter card etc. in her name Maiden. Recently, we purchased a residential plot with joint ownership in which her name also in Maiden since her name reflects in ID proof with Maiden name.
Now, I want to attach her name with my Surname means to abolish her name maiden. My query is, if I change her name with my surname then do I have to get change her name in all of her ID cards which she posses as mentioned above and Will I get name changed in the Sale deed by which we purchase the plot? I am in confusion? What will be the sequences please?
