Hi, I have worked in a company “A” for 3 years and my PF contribution was deducted from my salary regularly. After 3 years I resigned from company “A” and joined another company “B” where PF deduction was not happened. After 4 months, I resigned from company “B” and rejoined company “A” again. Now, I wanted to know that can I withdraw my PF for my earlier tenure or not? My UAN has also been changed now with the previous one and now I have new UAN in my Salary Slip. Please advise.

Hi, As you are currently again contributing to EPF, you can not withdraw old EPF a/c funds. You have transfer them form old EPF a/c to new EPF a/c. In case you have two UANs, then old UAN will get blocked during the transfer process.
