My name is karan. There is an one of mine friend who cannot give his car insurance payment due to some reasons. I went to the National Insurance company which is his car insurance company. And tried to make his car insurance payment from my bank account by check. The company denied me to receive payment by check. I asked them “why they donot accepting my check”. They didn’t give me answer properly. But Is there any type of rule that company cannot accepting any third-person check for insured person’s car? The car insurance type was comprehensive.If is there any type of rule to not accept any other person check then please tell me the rule number from irda rulebook. And if isn’t any type of rule there. Then I can contact that insurance company branch with valid reason.
