Business partitions in Hindu family

Hi, I want to ask is there any law of business partitions when two brothers who are running a same business ? Here is the case. Two bothers , 1 business both have kids and both the family have their own house. They also have different properties too and have some loan So if they want to do partition how does it work? Is this partition between only two brothers or their kids have right to claim? Also who is responsible to pay loans?
