- What is BDA PAN for paying 0.75% IT?
- What is date of agrrement/ Booking? Is it the date we received E-AUCTION ADVICE LETTER through email
- what is date of payment/ Credit?
- what is date of TAX deduction?
- Should we pay 0.75% IT after paying 75% of amount or befor?
- How much registration charges?

Hi,
1 - I believe, BDA PAN number is - AAALB0060D . Note that the allotment letter or Confirmation letter will have the BDA PAN listed on top of the document. Kindly cross-check.
2 - Yes (Advice/confirmation letter date).
3 - Generally 45 days from the date of payment of 25%. The advice letter will have all the details/instructions.
4 & 5 - The date on which you pay the installments or lump sum amount can be taken for TDS payment(s).
6 - It is around 6%.
