I have a vacant/empty site of dimension 60*40 (BBMP 'A' katha) and part of the site has been given as a gift to my cousin via got deed. Now he applied for katha bifurcation through sakala and got the Katha certificate for the same with the 30*40 dimension. But i still have the old katha certificate where it has got the full dimension of the site (i.e., 60*40). What i have to do now..!? Do i also have to get the new katha certificate..!?
Please help me here..!?
