Hi Sreekanth, I have a vacant/empty site of dimension 60*40 (BBMP 'A' katha) and part of the site has been given as a gift to my cousin via got deed. Now he applied for katha bifurcation through sakala and got the Katha certificate for the same with the 30*40 dimension. But i still have the old katha certificate where it has got the full dimension of the site (i.e., 60*40). What i have to do now..!? Do i also have to get the new katha certificate..!? Please help me here..!? Regards, Rohith

Dear Rohith, Yes, you can get the new Khatha certificate based on the remaining measurements of the property.
