Avoid SIP Installment

Hello sir, i submitted a form of SIP cancellation of two funds to the sbi branch from where i have started the investment of mutual fund. i filled up the form on 4th april and they told me from next month these funds will be cancelled from your portfolio. But for a concern i just called them on 24th april to know about this. And i called the customer care of SBI they said they haven't got any forms. Then when i called the sbi branch in my city the mf manager said he'll call me after knowing the status and he did not call me after What can i do to avoid this month's SIP installment so that they don't deduct installment from my account. I feel very disappointed from SBI and ICICI bank's employees as they both did the same. i submitted the forms and they did not proceed. (current status : for SBI i called the customer care and send them scanned copy of forms and they said they have sent it to the registrar office and for the icici i fill the form thrice and now called the customer care they have finally received)
