Dear Sir, I own a 13 year old property in Banashankari Stage III of Bangalore. I want to sell my property now and the buyer is asking for the approved Building plan. This builder has never given it to me and the builder is no more available now. Is there any way other than from the Society where I can get this from. The Society people are not helping me in this. Hi, I think you can approach the nearest BBMP ward office and get a copy of it. You may take help of a trusted Real estate agent or Civil lawyer (to get things done quickly).
