I have an one PPF account for me, i want to take another PPF account for my wife too. I want to know from you is that, Is there any mutual funds scheme better than PPF with time frame of 15 years. Yearly i can spend Rs 25000-30000 . Can you suggest me if any.

May I know if your wife is an earning member of your family? (Tax Assessee).
What are your financial goals and their time-frames? Have you been investing/saving in other schemes/fin products?

You have not mentioned about your financial goals.
Though PPF is a good long term savings scheme, one needs to take more risk to accumulate decent Corpus/wealth for long term goals like Kid's education / retirement ...
So, if you are ok to take risk, suggest you to opt for ELSS funds (accumulation + tax saving), if tax saving is not your priority, you may invest in equity oriented funds itself.
Your portfolio is ok.
Do you have adequate life insurance cover? What about health insurance?
