I booked a properly when I was single and got a possession of same in Aug 2016, Registry of Property (Sub lease Deed) is pending in Feb 2018 and process has been started.
I want her name to be added in property as Co-Owner Could you please let us know is there any provision of doing so and what would be process and cost incur in the process. So My wife name would reflect in registry documents post registration complete.

Hi,
You have two options, you can get the her name included in the agreement and then both of your names can be included in the Sale deed.
Another option can be, you can get the registration done in your name alone and you can then gift a share in the property (say 50%) to your wife and execute a Gift Deed. This can have minimal expenses.
