Sir, My seller is having only absolute sale deed registered at SRO Jayanagar. He does not have allotment letter, Lease cum sale agreement, and position certificate. But at BDA records show allotment letter , LCSA and PC. Surprisingly BDA does not have Absolute sale deed.  EC  took at SRO Jayanagar shows  entry of both LCSA and Absolute sale deed.  Whom I have to contact  BDA or SRO Jayanagar under RTI to check legality of absolute sale deed and provide NOC for purchase transaction. With regards VIJAY KUAMR

Dear Vijay Kumar, I believe that you can submit RTI to SRO Jayanagar regarding the Absolute Deed. Also, do kindly consult a civil lawyer..

My seller is having only absolute sale deed registered in SRO Jayanagar in 1980. But BDA recrods does not have absolute sale deed. We got the  certified copy of  absolute sale deed and ledger extract from SRO jayanagar recently on 24May 2019.  Now how to approach / convince BDA that Absolute sale deed is geinine and to be updated in the BDA recrods so that as  latest purchaser I will not get into any leagal problems or query from BDA in future.

Hi, If SRO has the entry then I think it may not be a great issue to worry about.
