2nd Withdrawl from EPF account

Hi, I have a query regarding PF withdrawl. I withdrew my PF funds from my latest PF account without first transferring the previous PF account to the latest one (full settlement because of relocation abroad). However, the online portal only allows submitting a PF claim form for the latest account and there are still funds in my previous PF account. Should I transfer my previous PF account to the latest one and then make a withdrawl claim again or should I file for withdrawl from the previous account directly? Kindly advise as I am not sure a full withdrawl claim can be filed multiple times for the same account if another account gets transferred into the latest account. thanks, -Dev
