Incorrect IFSC code on UAN Portal

Hi Sreenath, My bank IFSC code is incorrect on UAN(Unified) online portal thats why i am getting a error message "Please update your latest Bank account no. and valid IFSC details through your employer/Unified Portal." while clicking on "online services" options. When i am trying to update the same through KYC option, i am getting an sql error and not able to update. How can i correct the IFSC code? Please note i am not working currently and last working day was in 2015 so i am not in touch with my employer. Thanks Gaurav

Dear Gaurav, Kindly note that they KYC details have to be approved and verified by your employer/ex-employer only. The Sql error can be a temporary technical error. If it is possible, kindly get in touch with your employer and get the (new) details approved. Else, you may have to go for offline claim withdrawal (if any). Hi, my UAN has 2 bank accounts approved by employer and the ifsc code and account numbers are correct but still when clicked for claim it shows \\\’\\\’Please update your latest Bank account no. and valid IFSC details through your employer/Unified Portal\\\’\\\’. what should i do now.plz suggest.tq.     best rgrds, gogam naganjaneyulu
